Yes.  Homeopathics can be used alongside prescription medications and still act.  Actions may be altered or slower; it depends on the individual.

No.  Homeopathy uses substances found in nature, then diluted, to create remedies.  The remedies are considered medicines and are regulated by the FDA and HPUS.  Homeopathy recommendations are based on the "law of similars"--that which can create symptoms in a healthy person, can cause a healing response in the person with illness.

It depends on the case.  CHRONIC conditions:  Typically one will see a shift in their symptoms within approximately 8 weeks.  Some conditions take much longer.  ACUTE conditions:  typically within 4-6 doses.
